Nice effort.. Helpful for people in places where Vadyars are not easily available... Some small corrections
In the Sankalpam pl make it " Krishna Pakshe" instead of Sukla Pakshe....
The Rik for Tharpanam for Karunika Pitrus is to be added .. this is most important for Mahalaya Paksheeya Sraddham or Tharpanam

Very nice and helpful effort. Performing Maalaya Paksha Sraaththam for ancestors and KaruNika PithrukkaL is very important for the departed Souls' satisfaction and our family and descendents' welfare. Hara Hara Sankara, Jaya Jaya Sankara!
