"We are even more guilty than those against whom we turn in our anger" - how true!! We will realise this only if we approach it with all open heart.
Thanks for sharing the post.

Mahaperiava has also said that we are nobody to sit in judgement on others, because we commit so many sins ourselves and so how can we go ahead and judge others? If we go one step further; and that is: most of us do not sit on judgement on our OWN activities; when some people point out some of them, instead of getting angry, we should calmly think about it, analyze and accept them and correct ourselves We have already seen how HE took some others' scorching commentary on HIS song 'Maithreem Bhajatha' !

OM SRI GURUPYO NAMAHA:,RESPECTFUL PRANAMS TO SRI KANCHI MAHA PERIVA. Anger is our worst enemy. In anger we do not know what we do or say, our mind is out of our control. This is a dangerous situation. We have to overcome this shortcoming by sincere efforts. Lord Krishna says "The three gunas that govern an individual’s body- mind complex constantly affect one’s personality and nature. They give rise to feelings of like and dislike, love and hatred, etc. Envy, jealousy, anger, desire, pride and ego are the greatest enemies to one who wishes to practise equanimity. Joy and sorrow are responses of an individual to certain happenings that depend on one’s gunas."
