With dandam on one hand Kamandalam on the other Bunch of vilvam on the head Vibuti smeared on the forehead The white bearded face bright like Sun A gentle smile hovering on the lips Walking confidently Glancing at everyone with the shining eyes Who can HE be but Lord Shiva
With eyes closed Sitting straight in padmasana A crown of flowers on the head Garland of Rudraksh hanging on the chest Hands resting on the lap Face emanating peace Who can HE be but Lord Shiva
Sitting erect on the stool Doing pooja to the Lord Chandramouleeswara and the Goddess Tripurasundari With vilvam and parijatham Casting a glance at devotees sitting to watch the pooja Who can HE be but Lord Shiva
Devotees pouring out their sorrows and wishes Listening intently to them Blessing them with the hand Giving vibhuti and kumkum Eying them with love and compassion Who can HE be but Lord Shiva
Devotees offering Garland of tulsi and vilvam Bananas, mangoes and other fruits Dry grapes, kalkandu and other dry fruits Receiving all the offering with a smile Distributing the same as prasadhams to others Blessing everyone alike Who can HE be but Lord Shiva.
