I used to place a small vigraham of pillayaar and lakshmi(in silver) on a small silver plate. After performing sthalasuddhi and aachamanam, followed bypoorvanga poojaigal, pillayaar ashtotram till vigneshwara uthyaapanam, followed by kalasa, shanka, asthma peetha, guru, pranaprathishtai, I used to begin with vaideeshwarar and thaiyalnayagi poojai in addition to lingam with durgamata after aavahanam, aasanam etc...followed by ashtadikbalaka poojai, anga pooja, Shiva ashtotram....deepa doopam naivedhyam prarthanai.then yathasthanam . Later I used to read ashtotram of the Lord of the day. In all my pooja I have been offering flowers to the respective deity. This had been my routine. Now I lost my husband. I am not doing any pooja. After the varushaabhdikam can I continue with my usual pooja or do I have any restrictions. I want my son and his family to live VERY LONG AND be happy and get blessings of God. So pl advise.
